NHS More Than Just A Uniform
This was a 'small' brief: get qualified nurses to join hospital staff rather than a more lucrative agency, or come back to nursing after a break. Not an easy ask. We rolled our sleeves up and made what could have been a throwaway campaign, into something that resulted in a huge uptake in nursing applications to the trust, and the campaign becoming a best-practice communications case study within the NHS.
A top fashion photographer was used to shoot real nurses from the trust and give it authenticity.
